This is because the club needs to join the RYA as a national governing body and its membership fees are determined either by the level of club membership fee or turnover (which would make joining very expensive for 5KSC). CSSC and CSSA have indicated that they cannot take responsibility for the actions of clubs and as we are a CLG we take governance seriously. We have drawn up Articles and Club Rules- in which we allow a dispensation for members who have paid a fee to other CSSA clubs. Currently POG have a membership fee and belong to the RYA,, CSSA also belongs to the RYA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A letter has been emailed to current members requesting payment, members are free to respond with a payment or to withdraw from membership.
