The 5KSC AGM will be held on Saturday 7th November 2026 at 1pm at the Holiday Inn Express, Albert Dock- the same venue as last year. You may attend in person and enjoy a free snack lunch at 12 noon, or by Zoom (please inform the secretary by email to secretary@5ksc.org.uk who will send you a link). Members will have received the invitation by email on 17/9/26. The format is as usual- reports, elections and debate of any motions. Then the most important part – the after meeting dicussion covering the 2027 program, training needs and the new membership fee. Please join us, volunteers for committee roles and maintenence always welcome.
